Just wondering what you guys thought was the best type of cardio to do to lose weight.
I'm a running fan. A lot of people here will say HIIT.
spending all day on F&N getting heated over noob questions

running (not treadmills) hands down (efficiency per time and over all benefits)
Curious to why you say no treadmills?
try for yourself... run 5k on treads and outside... which one is harder for you?
For me, outside is harder.
The stair stepper gets my heart rate up the most and I feel it working me the most, but it doenst have one of those calorie counter things (not that they are 100% accurate anyways). Other than that I'm a big fan of the eliptical, but do the bike and tredmill from time to time.
I'm actually thinking about taking up swimming this summer for cardio, fuck running.
brisk walk over varied terrain.
preferably with a weighted vest / backpack.

i like to play bball or weighted jump roping
Hiit FTW, I like kiteboarding, running and biking playing sports is a fun way to get your cardio done.
i'd imagine swimming is pretty damn good

i used to do full court drills when the bball court is empty when i get out of class
which ever one you are going to do consistently is going to be best
