That was out before the Nano.
Looking at the site, they have 9 different MP3 players that are exactly the same damned thing.
Um no. The nano ripoff "Pico" design just came out and it's still only a photoshopped image.
No, I remember seeing one in a store months before the Nano was released.
Hahahaha oh yeah?
A) They only have 3 products on the market, and that's not one of them
B) Unless you were in a store in Taiwan, you didn't see any of their products
C) You are full of shit
Typical Mac fag denying the facts. I was in Taiwan. :Owned:
the shuffle rip off was a publicity stunt, i read on article about it on slashdot (i'm pretty sure it was slashdot)
You have to be the biggest moron on this board.
What's wrong? Did your mommy not hug you enough?
Yeah, says the idiot who thinks Apple invented the Nano.
@ you two arguing about some crappy electronics. I didn't even know this forum existed. Doubt I'll be back in here
Linux sack rider.
You finally made the list toolbag.
Hardly a sack rider...just an admirerer from afar
Being that OS X and linux know each other pretty well, you know that you secretly have a thing for Macs
I've liked them since I had to support them working for earthlink. I just don't own one and probably never will unless I can get one for cheaper than cheap
I didn't make any list toolbag.
Even though Mac OS X is based on the Unix kernel, a rival OS?
Mac OS X is not in any way based on the 'UNIX' kernel. Its MACH BSD.
BSD is UNIX.
No. AT&T System V is UNIX. Or NO! Wait... SCO is Unix. As far as I know, Berkeley never owned the rights to "Unix," and was in fact the "OSSish" alternative to UNIX of its day. Academic, not corporate, designed specifically NOT to be Unix, in the literal sense that code was checked against UNIX code and then ordered rewritten until it didn't match up enough to cause a legal problem.
So... wrong. Whats more, Free/Open/NetBSD and Linux both share all the core applications of the two operating systems: GNU, X, etc. They play very nicely, and don't compete: they complement.
that'll fall on deaf ears, but it had to be said anyway
SCO and BSD are derivatives. Apps are not the OS.
