See the first guy who gives the "yo sup" nod, then he's in slow mo, then he throws his sweater across the gym. He's a superhero's superhero. Then guy who gets his shirt unzipped for the camera. hahahahaha
The grunt at the end was the icing on the cake. That one is a keeper. It's so embrassing to watch I gotta show people.

Nah man... after this video I don't think I should really be doing curls, they seem way too intense for me. Then again I think I'll be safe if I do them in the squat rack, what if my biceps and forearms give out and the weight dropped on my foot? these guys are intense...
they're a dangerous exercise. make sure you use the safety bars in the squat rack and have a spotter or even better, a personal trainer, to make sure you're doing them right and can help you if you need to force the 50th rep out
