This one is for the people who have gone the Ephedra-Caffeine route... What were your methods? Were you taking one daily dose? What was the latest time you used it? Did you take it on an empty stomach, or after meals? Were you using other supplements, such as Arginine? If so, were they stacked at the same time? Did you use pre-workout supplements like White Flood or NO-Shotgun? Where was the EC in relation to these? I trust quite a few of you on your supplement use, and would love to hear what you thought overall of the experience, maybe I can pick up a few tricks you learned along the way.
