going to a free 1.5 hour class on the 17th.... anybody have experience with the stuff?

Is it a kind of yoga/pilates thing?
I think this Yoga guru that works at the San Francisco Bay Club was telling me about it.
I always thought it was a type of massage.
I thought it was like a yoga/pilates hybrid focused on strength...
but evidently none of us know for sure, lol
the flyer says "Improving the efficient use of your head, arms, and shoulders (part 6)"... maybe there's different "parts" for different body areas, but yeah I hear it's more like training for movement in every day life rather than yoga.
