I just started foam rolling pre and post work outs. Shits awesome, but also painful as I am a tight mofo.
Hoping to see bigger results from this in the coming weeks.
Going to buy a roller for home so I can do it on off days too
Foam rolling fucking TICKLES!! I can't relax my muscles to get in there deep. Why?
So, I'm starting to develop some wrist pain on my right side. It's only felt when my wrist is bent backwards and bearing weight - e.g. in a pushup position and it's on the top side, just below where my hand starts.
I'm fairly sure it's from rolling my hands back during benching, which I'm obviously fixing and have bought some wrist wraps to help with it too. It's not unbearable yet but I want something to fix it quicker. ice/heat/graston/wrist curls/powerball?
Just noticed it's hurting over the back of my hand (knuckle side) when I do a crushing grip too, ugh.
any of you guys have the rumble roller?
