I've just recently started lifting after I was off for about a year and a half. I lost a lot of weight and strength. I'm a skinny guy to begin with also. I've been working out years and know my abilities of what I can, and cannot do. Let me just say I went to the gym for the first time in a while and just started this stack of (very expensive) supplements, and I was very very very impressed by the reps I was cycling though and the muscle fatigue factor. They get a thumbs up from me... I can't wait to see after a month or so what it does for me with my meal plan and routine. I know this sounds like a plug, but I just felt that much of a difference. Maybe it was placebo?
