Now this is truly impressive to me.
crossfit rocks. damn i've been a whore for crossfit on this forum for the past few days.
wtf is crossfit?
lot's of exercises, any good routines?
been looking to change my 3 day routine up a bit.
The routines are dynamic and change daily, so you never get bored.
what the fuck is going on here
so you just do cindy or mary every day?
What's dynamic about doing the same fucking shit everyday?
You make up your own shit when you know all the workouts and you post them

I thought that cindy and mary were just two different levels of intensity and that the actual exercises within them changed every day.
cindy and mary are like.. workouts that those people made.. people like them and try to post record times on completing them and shit like that.
Look at the workouts of the day
you can go MONTHS and MONTHS and YEARS back (I think years) and you can see every workout is essentially different

10 squat cleans (M:95#/W:65#)
