nice build, a lil "top heavy" but still a solid physique. Height/weight?
Big arms, just curious, do you work your chest/back? Not trying to say anything negative, just curious. I have to say, cause if you do not do as much on your chest/back as you do your arms, then perhaps switch your focus? As I said, not trying to sound negative, but good job on the arms.

i work out my chest ....i guess it might be the way i was flexin/posing i guess i know it really doesnt matter but max out on flat barbell 405 without that bounceing off ur chest shit and my inclines decent and my squats like shit but oh well . Always lookin to improve and GLOCKS RULE !!!

lol man ive been pretty slack on squats lately sooi would have to say a max of prob 405 maybe 425 i've been slack but im already in the process of workin hard and tryin to get more def in my legs . As for deads i pinched a nerve a few months back when i was doing reps of 405 for about 4-6 times and after that i've been really scared to go heavy bc of my lower back .
bench- 405 once...which was about 2-3 months ago and i can still rep out 315 for 10 and 2 wks ago i did it for 12 . As for squats im guessin low 405...bc i've been slack and well i know i cant be neglecting them or ill have chicken legs . As for deads i pinched a nerve not that long ago so i havent gone heavy as of late ....maybe 365 for like 6 and thats about it dont wanna feel that shooting pain going down my legs again .
