Last Nov beginning of the month, I was 135lbs, being 6'1. Went on a 4 day a week weight training program and was 150lbs by the end of the month. It's now mid March and i've been working harder then ever... and I'm still 150lbs. I can defiantly lift more, and my arms/chest/quads are defiantly acouple inches bigger... but the scale just doesn't seem to move. Bleh.. just have to work harder I guess.
