Never really been a coffee drinker, but I remember now why. Today I did some cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. I took 200mg of caffeine, waited 30mins, then did an hour run. After getting home I spent a good hour on the toilet. Had the exact same results under the same circumstances last week. So my question is, does anyone share my caffeine shits, and if so, do you know any tricks to reduce/eliminate it? I take caffeine with some food before my workouts in the evening, and am usually fine. I like doing cardio on an empty stomach though, so is their any alternatives? Would a couple scoops of fiber in the morning help? Apprently caffeine intolerance isn't that common, so it may just be the Illuminati getting back at me, threw the "brown note" in my ipod or something .
