Your sister again?
oh man... thats awesome
yeah minus the 'i just had/am ready to have a 10 man train run on me' look
did she rip a fart at teh end?
*nws?* no nudity but clevage
holy freakin crap. She did a lot of reps on that.
Hm she squats more than most of this forum.
she squat a lot more than me.
god dammit i feel like a little girl now
but she is hot
i think its 225lb because the first place looks like a rubber 45lber. i see those 20kg or 25kg at the gym i go to...mostly 20kg's
but i think the vid was of her than her reps
its 315 clear as day...shes known for her strength
Look at those hams and glutes...
You're just mad because she squats more than you.
I have a hard-on, definitely going to rub one out
though she wasn't going as far down on the later reps, she still squats more than 75% of this forum
fuck man, brb
She may be known for her strength, but I just rewatched the video about 3 times and the first plate looks alot like a rubber 45lb bumper plate. Either way thats still impressive to see a chick rep 225 that many times considering how many grown men cant do 225 once.
whatever...you can clearly see they're iron an theres lines in between each
Its obvious that there are 3 plates on the damn bar. I know what bumper plates look like and that isn't one.
i wanna see it from behind, and zoom out jackass
First of all, look at the finish on the first "2" plates. They are obviously rubber as metal (like the one next to it) appear differently. Secondly, the "line" you see is a seem from the manufacturing process. Lastly, look at the inside of the plate on the opposite side, exactly what the inside of your stander, cheap bumper plate looks like.
The outside one is definatly a standard 45lb metal plate, the machining marks on the outside make it obvious. But I still say that the plate on the inside is a your un of the mill, cheap bumper plate.
45lb bump on the end...no seam in the middle
