Anyone have any experience with this? Thoughts or opiniions?
Never heard of it, interested in seeing what the breakdown is on this one. I'm always looking for new diets/routines to try out.

seeing as how a good chunk of the body's creatine is ingested, bot synthesized, I dont' buy it.
there's a lot fo toher stuff there that sounds fine and is common in other diets or is just well known, ie. benefits of good fats

It's an old equivalent of the Intermittent Fasting approach which would work if your priority is weight maintenance/loss. It doesn't take into account some things such as nutrient timing, macro breakdown and so on.
I think that Intermittent Fasting is an interesting approach.
Basically, there's 1 day of PSMF which is off or low intensity cardio such as walking.
Then 1 day of maintenance or over maintenance cals (at least 1g/lb of protein, at least 2 g/lb of carbs, then you can add fats, protein and carbs however you like to get to the cal intake you want).
It's basically an extreme version of carb/calorie cycling which tries to take the benefits of nutrient timing and fake calorie restriction for health benefits. The main thing I get out of this is to stop trying to be so anal about eating every 2-3 hours or you'll go catabolic. Most of the people doing this also eat "dirty" food so to speak and they find easier to support the low cals by eating less but bigger meals.

LOL!! Well, I just don't want to be tolerant so I have to be an allower. If everyone thought and acted exactly the same then we would have no adversity and only boredom.
Intermittant fasting has a big following over at lyle mcdonald's board (www.bodyrecomposition.com). But to me, it just doesnt make sense. Protein turnover occurs 24/7, not just around workout times. Starving yourself of protein for any ammount of time is nonsense.

i have the book. i tryed it but its so fucking hardto eat rabbit food for the first 8 hours im up. i ended up bailing on it quicktimes. this was also far before i had grown out of a frat boy routine anyways so i doubt i could have gained anything from it. at the time i was like 120 lbs and thought i looked muscular lol
