I have a mild case of gyno and no upper chest. I've been cutting for 8 weeks or so now and the "manboob" look is going away (although the puffy nips ruin the overall appearance). I always figured that if I filled out the upper and middle portions of my chest and gave my chest a fuller look it would remove the appearance of manboobs almost completely, but I've never had much mass up in that area. That being said, now that I've really begun to focus on ROM during bench/incline and now that my body fat is dropping, I've noticed that I have a good amount of muscle in my upper chest, especially near where my clavicles meet on both sides. Is it safe to assume that if there's muscle there now that I'll be able to add even more mass to that area?
