Why could I have possibly thought this thread was about FEMALE speed skaters?

Not ice speed skating but

They dont give their muscles enough rest, you have to give at least 48 hours for your legs to recover after training. they train every single day, pummelling their quads/hams/calves over and over and over. also their feet are not pointed inwards when they do leg extensions. not to mention they dont do deadlifts. also they dont follow a strict protocol on their macros. they also dont drink waxy maize starch or have whey protein isolate after their workouts.
