ok so i used to play DDR back like 4 years ago, all my buddies would play in my basement 4 hours a day no joke.. we had so much fun playing it and you really break a sweat doing it. I'm trying to fit cardio into my workout so i can get cut and runing/walking is just plain BORING!! the idea poped into my head.. why dont i DDR?!? i dont know if any1 else has played this game but ur obviously not runing the whole time but its fun for one, and you go from walking to sprinting throughout the songs. It also has a workout mode and it will keep track of how many calories you burn (i dont know how accurate it is). I seem to break a sweat better if i play DDR then if i were to run. Do you think playing DDR could be just as good as runing if you play it for the right amount of time?
