yes otherwise form begins to break down. same reason you shouldnt lift to fatigue with other heavy exercises.

Have you ever tried doing multiple sets of snatch with more than 3 reps/set? It's terrible.
Thats a badass training facility. And Dimas is a fucking beast. The idea of overhead squatting that much weight scares me.
And yeah the US pretty much sucks at O-lifting, although Shane Hammon is the MAN.

Anything over 185 I already use the rack.
Uh I tried overhead squatting 135 and nearly killed myself. I lack the balance for that shit right now
