Any Seattle area or Washington state riders?
noone is riding this time of the year....
For some reason I thought you were in Cali? You're in WA?
Oh sure they are...Cali, Arizona, TEXAS, etc. etc.
I ride when it's not raining here
Newcastle (just south of Bellevue and west of Issaquah), up by the golf course.
if you're looking for more WA riders, cycleforums.com has a pretty busy WA forum and is also home for the NW Sportbike Riders member forum.
I have decided not to ride anymore until I go down to the DMV and get my endorsement.
Ah, I know where Newcastle is
I know about NSR
We've also got a new community starting up over at http://nwsportbikes.net
I cannot wait for next season!
no offense, but you may have a hard time getting people to migrate... cycleforums has the NW guys pretty much covered.
but i'll register for your site just to support a local rider's ego
Oh, I'm not trying to migrate people from NSR, that's probably the only place I haven't advertised on..they obviously seem to have their own set of members there. I'm just starting out with some friends, and we're going with word of mouth from there, and then eventually advertising and promoting. Just an alternative
also, if you eventually need a proactive Kawi mod (or any mod) for your forum, i'm available.
these arent a bunch of converts from NWHonda, is it?
nothing worse than bad drivers on motorcycles
not converts from nwhonda...frozen and i are the only ones from that site, and frozen doesn't ride, he's just a webmaster, and i lost my "proactive" interest in cars a while back
yeah, i probably could use a Kawi mod, i'll get in touch with you on that one
NSR isn't really anything...
Back in the day, it used to be a group of people who shared common interests but now it's just a little section on CF that is pretty much open to anyone.
I wanna move outta oHIo and move somewhere warm so i can ride all the time
Hows the weather in seattle??
Somewhere warm where you can ride all the time does NOT = Seattle
We don't have extreme weather, so it's actually pretty decent (summers aren't CRAZY hot and winters aren't CRAZY cold). A lot of people store their bikes during winter, but a lot of us still take it out on days that it doesn't rain.
I just got my new battery today. I never realized how close to death my old one was! Damn, it felt nice to have it crank so quickly.
