There is a tremendously low percentage of humans that can hold 500lbs in their hands, much less deadlift it....albeit with horrendous form.
he is using straps so the holding it in his hands is a moot point

500 is pretty average unless you're like 150lbs
Yeah, thats what I'm saying. The average guy in my gym is around 150-160lbs. I'm not talking about powerlifting strength.....just average gymrat strength.

When a questionable 495lb deadlifter who weighs probably 220+ is called 'strong as fuck', you must be pretty damn average yourself.

For those that can't comprehend this thread, the guy in the vid has only been lifting weights for 14 months and had just started deadlifting at the time of the vid.....making him "strong as fuck" in terms of his natural, untrained strength. His form is shit, and I know this......thus the title of my fucking thread.

I'd say he's strong as hell because of the form he's using. If someone got under that guy and trained him for 4 weeks, he'd be pulling over 600 with proper form without that much strength training.
