I've been rowing/coaching with my hs crew team this fall, and recently I've been losing weight. Currently I'm eating a bowl of cereal every morning, some kind of sub or a couple pb and j sandwhichces and usually a box of rice a roni, or some other prepackaged pasta with a can a tuna thrown in for dinner. I typically also have a couple glasses of mil and or gatorade in a day. What would be the best way to signifigantly increase my caloric intake? I'm afraid that I'm mostly losing muscle too. This summer I was up to 185, today I'm almost 175. Pretty much the same body fat judging from looking in the mirror.
