I liked this car when I saw the first photos, but now I love it. The 20" LM's don't hurt either
that is absolute sex on wheels!
Holy F*85453458357 shit
not feeling it at all.
The first pic is the only one that appeals to me. The window outlines, trunk curve, and headlights are all turn offs.
Feb. I'll let you know what I think come Feb. 12th. My local delaership has a handful on order and one is for my parents. CLS55 AMG in silver/black.
The rear styling is almost exactly like the almighty lord of fuglyness: The Ford Taurus.
Yeah, that looks awesome.
Not entirely convinced that the LMs work, but overall I love it.
I don't like the look of the CLS.
Looks like the Maybach.
yah i kinda noticed that and i don't like that look at all...it just looks:
a) alittle too stretched out
b) not agressive at all...wheels are the only thing that make it nice
on the other hand...this is one of the nicest:
looks like an accord
I the CLS
As cool as that CLK DTM AMG is, I just can't see spending over $250,000 on what for all intents and purposes is a very heavily modified CLK. Other comparably priced cars include the Lambo Murcielago and Ferrari F430. I realize that it's not direct competition, because the CLK DTM AMG is a true Benz enthusiast car (one which I'm sure they didn't have a problem selling out), but still it's something to take into consideration if I had that kind of money to spend on a car.
For that kind of money, my personal pick would be a 360 Modena modified by Novitec Rosso.
(I'm sure these have been posted a billion times already, but once more doesn't hurt)

0-60 in 3.7 sec.
That 360 is a monstrosity. IMHO.
The CLS does nothing for me. the front end looks like a bastardized old SL, new SLK and S class, the middle is 6 series-esque with a bit of maybach and the rear just comes to too much of a point for me.
That's hot and all that, but I get the feleing it'll be in the shop before it even reaches 60
CLS and same goes for the CLK DTM AMG
Those Tuned Ferrari's on the other hand.. A Ferrari shouldn't be touched.
enh.....show me a coupe
I want one
