Yes, I know my chest is uneven and so are my arms. My back is sorry. More on that later. I haven't been working out for the past 2 years and just recently started back in September. I know i'm still a fat fuck. But i dropped from 196 in Sept down to 180. I'm 5'7 btw. So back to my arms and chest. I am right handed and when I workout i'm overwhelmingly stronger on the right side. How can i be able to fix this and even out my pecs, biceps, triceps? My left arm feels like a weak fuck everytime i'm doing a workout. Do i do more reps on my left arm or more weight? Please help, i want to stop looking retarded. My shoulders seem even. And my goal is to look like this dude by summer hopefully It's going to be a lot of work and good dieting.
