    I've picked Double Rich Chocolate about 3,040 times in a row now, because i'm terrified of taking a risk on something else and not liking it.

    1 scoop banana creme
    1 scoop chocolate mint
    4 frozen strawberries
    1 cup skim milk

    I will never agian purchase anything "rocky road" because of ON. It's got this horrible chemical taste with milk.

    Protein isolate is a waste right now for me as far as convenience goes

    I do have muscle milk in the morning for bfast on the way to class just to save time if I can't make eggs. Isolate just doesn't do it.
