supposed to say death or glory
Someone forgot a letter.
ambigrams are so forced sometimes... plus yeah it seems to be missing a letter but i don't really see any of the letters in "glory" (i can see "death or" if i squint really hard though)
I don't know about awkward but it sure looks stupid.
Ambigrams are dumb. Nobody can read them so they just look like lines. I don't get why people like them.
404 glory not found
wow..... that's serious right thur
its on my right arm
"what doesn't kill me - makes me stronger"
and yes it may seem 'forced' to some, to me its nice due to the fact that unless you know me and or stop and talk to me you neither will know what the tattoo says, but you also will not know about my past, me, or my personality.
and yes i have gotten 'omg is that jagermiester' many a times
See, if you like it, then what does it matter what other people care. I don't like them, so I won't get one done. If you like it, more power to you.
And that one is one of the easier ones to read. I don't know if I could have told what it said without you saying it, but its definitely one of the less forced ones.
I find this pic so incredibly sad. The guy who actually took that original photo killed himself.
Source? Or is that just from The House of Leaves?
That photograph is probably one of the most famous of the last 25 or so years. It was showing the famine and strife in some African country. I can't remember which magazine it appeared in -- it was either National Geographic or Time. Something like that. The photographer left a suicide note that said something to the effect that there was too much pain in the world for him to bear. He had alot of other famous photos as well with very powerful subject matter.
Ok then. Have you read house of leaves? Maybe the book describes a real event but it has so much other BS in it i just assumed it was bull too. It talks about a pic of a vulture hovering over this kid, photographer takes a pic, then kills himself because he realized instead of helping this about to be ravaged kid he just took a picture.
According to this Wiki article, the book House of Leaves is directly references the photographer.
Here is another great article about Carter:
Of course, that isn't a tattoo and there is only one person in the world that it would ever make sense to have that as a tattoo.
i dont see a t in that tattoo anywhere
Cool, good to know.
thats fucking sick. shawn murray ftw
more like incredibly terrible
Funny if you read the lyrics to the original song.
Nietzsche quotes are great. Just not that one.
Not to mention that's not really the quote.
Then again it was bastardized to begin with, THEN Kanye made the song. Now it's just like fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu
