There is a Hungry Man Fried Chicken dinner out there that has like 910 calories and 52g protein. I know it's not the healthiest but I eat pretty much nothing but healthy stuff the rest of the day so I'm thinking about slamming one or two of these per day.

I know, the chicken will probably be hard and chewy and will cook in a puddle of grease sitting at the bottom of the tray. :barf:

    Oh well, enjoy!

Could you find anything that has been more processed than that? How many different machines and chemicals have touched that food? It's nasty...

How hard is it to microwave 1 cup of oats and mix it 2 scoops of protein powder in there ? It's probably around 550 cals, 55g of protein, clean. Add 1 or 2 tbsp peanut butter in there (+200 cals) and you've got a pretty decent reese flavored oats (if you used chocolate whey).

I like doing a doublecheeseburger from Macdonalds with no cheese. It's not too bad.
