...are you eating the same amount on off days as you do on workout days?
Generally yes, although I try to eat more on lifting days.
I more or less eat eveything in sight thats fairly clean whenever possible. I cut back if I haven't lifted in 3 days, which is very rare.
4000kcal, every single day, whether im lifting or not
Would it make more sense to eat more the day after workout days?
more carbs on workout days
my gf distracts me at times. So I usually have 3-4 very large meals as apposed to 6 meals a day.
I don't count calories.
This isn't science. Eat as much as you can all the time.
bad idea for some
I'll add this PS: Use common sense.
are you a fan of pepsi?
thats not me, that's rob! LOL!
is rob a fan of pepsi?
Looks like it.
He's also a fan of anorexia.
In all honesty I probably eat more on off days
I can see the logic behind that..
Actually I would eat more on workout days than off days. I would not have a pre-workout meal and a post-workout shake instead both of those would be 1 meal on off days.
same here, with the addition of my PWO shake. Don't take that on rest days...
So that's another two scoops of whey, with 50g of Dextrose/Maltodextrin...
IMO, If you're bulking...you should be eating 24/7. Wheather you worked out that day or not....just eat. I have trouble getting the calories I need even if I eat every 30 minutes
Fuck it.. I'll just eat the same every day.
not everyone has trouble eating. my biggest problem when bulking is overdoing it, which leads to excess fat gain. I can easily eat 8000cals+ per day.
Thats cool if you have great genetics... but most people will end up fat doing that.
