Hey guys. Mustly a lurker until now so I just wanted to say hi and get your thoughts on something I heard about. My problem is that I work nights 6pm to 6:30am half the week and I have 2 kids at home so on my off days I have to get back on a normal sleep schedule to be with them. I use Melatonin if I have any issues sleeping but sometimes when I'm up, either on off days or at work, I'm just beat and I saw this energy "chaser" and wanted to get some opinions...
