I actually read it. Seems consistent with the current routines you see on t-nation etc. I'm on a split right now
cliffs? i can't read.....good
basically the guy says it's better to do a full body workout 3 days a week instead of a split and then lists scientific reasons and research behind it.
it's a very good article and almost made me change my routine, but I'd rather see what the people had to say here first.
didn't read it but i've read a few articles saying same thing
another point was that if you're eating food and doing a split, it's not as if your body knows to send all the food to your arms for example
bump bitches, i need more input
I read about half of it, I'm gonna just pick up that issue. It makes sense, and is kind of similar to what I'm doing now.
If you cant build muscle one a full-body 3 day split (ie christophers), you cant build muscle period. I've seen some awesome gains on it.
I've been thinking about it. My routine to begin with was shitty, overtraining to the max, but then I changed it up to Max-OT and I've seen decent gains with it. Mainly strength, but those gains have been slowing down and I've been looking for something else to do.
