Having started back at the gym this week, and dropping the girlfriend, I'm looking to get back in shape. I'm after some advice on how best to get the lower ab's in shape, goal being like in the pic above. Upper ab's seem fine, and my bodyfat is around 10% as a whole, but I seem to have much more fat around the lower ab's region. I want to get the V shape. I'm thinking the best exercises may be leg raises, and twisting crunches (for the obliques), but this is just theoretical, so am asking for some advice. Thanks!
