FIT Tightness in lat\back while doing chest

Recently when I have been doing chest exercises I start to get tightness\pain in my right lat\into my back. I'm right handed I don't know if this is why it only happens on the right. Back day feels fine, but when I'm doing flys and benching it gets pretty painful. Any idea what may be causing this? Or anyone else experience anything similar.

Chances are your chest is too tight and you don't do enough for you back. Start doing a 2:1 ratio of pulling to pushing movements and really start working on your upper back (bring your rear delts up)
