First of all, hello everyone, ive been lurking here quite a bit, its a good forum, i should definitly start posting here, maybe ill even start a training log How long do you guys typicaly spend bulking and cutting? also whats the shortest time periods you would recomend for each? I just started an internship job and i finally have money to buy what i need to bulk up, but since its summer i want to stay nice and cut. Over about a year I cut down from 215 to 170, that was several months ago. Since then ive gone back up to about 180, and it seems to me my body fat is the same or lower then at 170, so my attempt at clean bulking is working. But i was wondering if i would be better off with heavier bulking periods and then short fat burning periods, if that would average out to better gains in the end.
