The last straw was drawn... I'm usually 175-180 lbs, but last night when I scaled in I was a whooping 187 (This is only shorts on). I'm 5'10" Medium build and I've decided now is the time to hit the gym. I'll read the sticky's shortly, but I'm wondering if any supplements are worth it really. I don't want some effects only while I'm taking something, I've heard that results wear off fast if you stop taking certain supplments. I'm not going for the huge muscles, I just want to be toned and in shape, I only really play basketball.. I'm going down tonight to sign up for the gym. Any advice (routines, diets) or motivation is welcome!
