Ok so I am not taking much but I am getting more serious and want the general consensus. Here is what I am taking and my timing. ARGININE, CREATINE, WHEY PROTIEN, CASEIN WORKOUT DAYS: 30 mins before breakfast: Arginine, Whey protein 30 mins before Workout: Creatine, Whey Protein, Arginine Post Workout : Casein, Creatine NON-WORKOUT DAYS 30 mins before breakfast: Arginine, Creatine, Whey Protein Bedtime: Casein I also take a multi and fish oil but those are pretty self explanatory. 1.Should I switch this up.... Im thinking of adding BA to the mix. 2. What schedule should I cycle my creatine..2 months on 1 month off?
