What are some exercises i can do to build my lower chest up some more...

I do flat/incline/decline to hit the pecs, but there is always that gap in between the pecs... The lower part more so....

    \__/\__/

    ....^ Right in there....

what kinda exercises can be done to build that area.. I do flys and db flys and cable flys.... which is best or what can be better?

I use a Hammer strength machine for that. It might be called an Iso Lateral machine. I use that combined with cables.

    about $40 at the GAP

but seriously, you can't really do anything to increase muscle in that area. Everything's genetics.

For lower pecs in general, do wide-grip decine bench, dips, and flat flyes

yeah.. sometimes (like in movies), you see people who are ripped to shreds, but their chest looks like VV

back when my chest was developing, I thought I had the full chest look, but then my chest became a little more defined and I saw I had that space between my pecs. Not a big deal.

flat flyes help with your outer and lower pecs anyway. There's no real benefit to doing decline flyes, I think.

from my experience, flyes help out with outer pecs a lot more than the overall pectoral muscle. You know when you see the bulge of muscle around the nipple area? That area.

You can also try using a decline bench with cables.

Yeah, I have that gap as well... all you have to do is build huge as pecs and no one is going to even notice it.
