I've tried eating a lot of veggies, adding fats to meals to slow absorbtion, drinking tons of water, eating a lot of fiber, etc. But I'm still hungry every few hours regardless. I feel really lethargic if I don't eat. I eat about 500-700 calories a meal, and I eat about 2500-3000 calories a day. I gain weight too. =X No EC or hoodia or anything like that. But any other useful hints?
