How do people get such a hard on for a company that doesn't care about their business at all?

That being said, I know there aren't many of these out there, but fuck a bunch of paying 3700 for an upper. Even though everyone that has shot these said they shoot like a dream.

They care about business that's worthwhile. Just because they don't care about private citizens doesn't mean that they don't care about govt contracts and other high volume deals.

their implying the person who is doing the caring not their implying HK. Ie: If you don't care enough about my business to treat me like a value customer you can shove your product in your butt. You sure don't see kel-tec or sig suggesting that the private citizen's business is worthless.

Glock probably has more big contracts then anyone and they still have great customer service. Beside HK is over priced for what you get

What's surefire do? Never really heard much about their customer service at all. Seems they market a lot of stuff to the normal consumer though.
