I haven't been getting quite the results I wanted with my routine sans diet, so today is my first day counting calories. 3 oz. Shrimp - 60 c 1 cup of broccoli - 60 c 2 oz. carrots - 30 c 1 tbsp chili oil - 120 c (i know, i need to work on this) 1 tbsp hibachi grille sauce - 40 c 310 total calories. I wanted to add garlic, but it seems as though garlic has a ton of calories. Anyways, it's damn good, but it would have been better over some sticky rice.
