a 1 handed pullup. started out being able to do 3 pullups
meeting goals is awesome...congrats!
How much do you weight? That's a great accomplishment regardless, just curious.
i saw a dude doing those for reps today.. fucking NUTS.
Now are you talking about a pullup using only 1 arm or 1 arm on the bar and the other grabbing your wrist?
6'2 160 lbs. i'm pretty skinny still.
1 arm only, starting from a relaxed hang.
thats some pullup progress!
Wow, I didn't even know that was possible.
Great work. I'm where you started atm
I can do a few grabbing my wrist, but I have no idea how the hell I'd fare trying to do it strictly one handed.
shit.. started out being able to do half a pull up, now i can do sets for 8, 5'7 195... pretty good for my size
Congrats on that.
Nice....the lighter weight doesn't help you have long arms, so it an even trade-off. It's still an accomplishment.
the arm length is definitely annoying. if i try to do them two days in a row my joints hurt.
<--- can't do any even if I had 4 hands. Workin' on it though.
how long did it take?
good shit man. Tall crew in. It's harder for us to get gains with our limbs being that much longer, but good shit man and keep going. I'm 6'4" and I weigh 150. I'm up to 180 and going, It can be done man. Good shit with the one hander tho.
4 months? thats about how long i've been "serious" about working out.
i do 2 sets of 20 pullups and 2 sets of 20 chinups a day. i think its time to invest in a weight belt
I should give 1 handed pullups a shot..
Wouldn't that be counterproductive.
