OK, my "official" first time in here so be nice At the moment, I'm losing weight. Not at a rapid pace but if I decide to lose weight at a rapid succession, what are ways that I can do this but be kept tone (i.e. no flabby skin and etc...)? What about upper arm toning? And I'm guessing for the stomach, do sit-ups and crunches? I'd also like stronger ankles, so how would I go about doing that? Thanks a bunch.
