I got into a pretty mad motorcycle accident a month ago so I had to take a month off to let my body heal up....also a week after the accident i got pretty sick and am just getting over it now. I have been back this week since all my scabs just fell off and I am literally struggling through the entire workout because I just don't have the energy that I used to. I have taken 1-2 week long breaks before and usually end up stronger when I go back to lift, but its not the case now. It's so damn frustrating!!
