uno should be higher up that list, he kicks so much ass but just seems to have seriously bad luck
I think he could beat any of the nine people above him on his day. He was dominating both kid and hansen before catching a knee and the cut.
if he didn't shoot in on hansen and just dragged it out for another 10 seconds, he would've gotten all three nods
and what the hell is josh thomson doing there? he's fought, what? once this entire year?
I like his skills
the rankings on that page look good to me, I am just surprised quinton is ranked so low. He did beat chuck before...
i think dan henderson could beat rich franklin...and i think silva should be over shogun...i don't think tournament matches(silva vs arona) should have any bearing on these kinds of rankings...only 2 rounds
Id like to see silva vs shogun... but I think for now shogun deserves the top spot.
uno or thomson?
but i was meant thompson, his kneebar was sick
lost brutally twice to silva and then to shogun and an uneventful win against ninja
i want to see nakamura vs ninja
i've only seen one of his fights
but still, he hasn't fought much lately, so he should've dropped
i like uno too, but like sato of sorts, he sucks at finishing
yeah that would be a great fight, I think ninja would probably win that one.
sato doesn't suck at finishing
he just goes all out for submissions and usually gets pounded at one time or another during the fight and then loses
hence why i said uno's "sort of" like sato
have any of you guys seen the movie "matburn"? It has a whole section on a bunch of rumna sato's grappling matches
i'll have to look for that on the tracker. he's one goofy looking monkey-man
Nakamura's striking is now i think on par with ninjas, his takedowns are better and he's a naturally a bigger guy.
It would be a great match, tons of scrambling, both have great cardio and love to fight.
Chuck is at the peak of his career while Quinton though rising is at the bottom. I don't think he's proved much after fighting a can but I do think that when he does climb back up he can beat Chuck again.
Chuck really needs to have a rematch with Quinton. He has so far beaten everyone that has beaten him. Vengeance!
liddell relies a lot on the fence, especially if he's on the ground and on the bottom
