How do you do it?
by reading my nautilus book
Read. Same as I told you before. Act like a fucking tard and argue with people who know what they're talking about and I'll lock this thread too.
lift heavy shit
In my Nautilus book it says train 8-12 reps....how many sets do you think would be good?
sooo we talkin' like cinder blocks or cars... I'm confused. My Nautishity book doesn't say anything about lift. Please elaborate.
Read. Lift. Eat. Eat more. Sleep. Eat more. Eat even more. Repeat.
Seriously though, look through the archives, or like christophers said in the other thread, look for his base routine. I also have a routine that I posted a while ago, although it isn't as strength oriented. But being an ass will get you no where, ask Christophers.
Oh, BTW, chest strength has very little to do with a 1RM bench, it is your triceps that are the cause of your weak bench.
You should see the pm he wrote me. WOuld you like to ban him?
YOu need to look in the back. There is a hidden page. First you drink a nice cup of STFU then you do 100 reps of just the bar. The next week you go up to 125 and do 15 reps without a spot and roll it down your body because it will collapse on you. Then the next week it tell you that in order to have strong triceps you have to practice giving out reacharounds at the local bingo tournament.
anybody have that chart from the t-mag article with rep ranges for hypertrophy/strength?
but liek everybody said, lift as heavy as you can.
minimal weight, lots of reps.
best I can tell he's not an AE. Funny that would have made him MORE intelligent.
This nautilus book you keep reffering to... written by Ellington Darden or Arthur Jones?
