Last night had my buddy's annual fish fry so as an extra bonus treat I decided to make dessert. The night before freeze the snickers/twinkies. If you have some skewers you can skewer them before freezing because this makes it way easier to eat them. While they are freezing make a basic batter: 1 cup flour 3/4 teas baking powder 1 cup whole milk 1 egg 2 TB sugar if the mixture seems a little dry add a couple more splashes of milk. Get the oil to about 350. Cover the snickers/twinkees in the batter and drop into the fryer. Wait a couple minutes and get them out. What would have made them better is if I would have remembered the confectionary sugar.
