all i needed to know
get rid of the smith machine
what would you suggest for traps? i can isolate the traps on the smith really well.
thats what i do, instead of shrugging, i stand with the bar behind me and i lean forward a little, then i shrug
a regular bar to shrug or db's:
deadlifts work your traps well, also.. maybe a trap bar? :
upright rows do a good job, too:
hmm, I do deadlifts on Monday, maybe I won't fuck with them on other days then.
its shrugs man...not like the range of motion allowed by a smith is gonna impact anything at all
