I was working out Wednesday night at the gym for the first time in a few weeks. I focused on Arms, Shoulders, and Chest and Cardio. The next morning when I woke up, my triceps was very very sore and when I try to bend my elbows, my triceps gets really really tight. I try stretching it but once I leave it at rest is gets tight again and hurts really bad when I try bend my elbows again. I think is a minor strain (hopefully) because I can still move it. Any advice or opinion would be greatly appreciated.
