I'm trying to figure something out here. Some mornings when I wake up, I look in the mirror and I'm ripped as hell... stomach is pretty flat, 6-pack is clearly visible without having to flex, cuts and veins everywhere. this is essentially the look i've been striving to maintain for the summer. now fast-forward a few hours into the day, i'll look in the mirror and my figure is pretty blah... cuts are gone, 6-pack kinda disappears, veins are barely visible. it's like i put on 10-15 pounds of fat. so what exactly causes this? any of you guys have any tricks to maintaining a constant ripped look? i'm guessing hollywood stars probably do some prep work to make themselves look extra-ripped on the screen. i suppose i could cut a little more but i feel like i've dropped enough weight for now (currently 160 @ 5'10").
