isn't this the one where you like "max out" every exercise? and you go for like maximum amount of reps.. i can't remember exactly, but i thought it was like twelve reps, wait 15 sec, 8 reps, wait 15 sec, 4 rep, wait, 2 reps? maybe i'm talking about something way off........
Post back in a couple months and keep us updated, I've considered this routine for a long time.
you hire him or you doing his routine on your own? i tried a version of his routine years ago but didnt make all that great gains from it... probably because i didnt follow his program exactly and i couldnt keep up with the time/money on food.
side note....dante has put david henry on the map and added lots of muscle to him, not sure daves usage, im sure its large but even so when he worked with dante it was notcible. Hes another BB'er that gets fucked for being small
I didn't hire him. I just read up on the articles he has written and I'm going to do this on my own and see how it works.
a simple no would've been fine instead of that book
