These were all snapshots, but i've tried to make something of them through PP. If i failed, let me know.
I debated cropping out the M113, and the arm to the left, and opted to keep it due to the otherwise sourceless shadow on the ground
Just cropped much closer, and off-set the subject from the center from the original some level adjustments.
Level, and bright/contrast adjustments only... wish i could go back and re-shoot this
Took a boring snapshot, and went with an old-school ww2 look... works for me, but...
Again closer cropped, and tried to PP glaring highlights in the background, and lighten up the subject a bit more.
Severely cropped down on a distant shot. placed the subject far to the right of center, when i had shot him dead center. again i went for a high contrast look here. Added a filter effect to darken the sky a touch, and bring out the faint clouds, otherwise it was completely blown out.
Another pure snapshot. cropped tight. when i converted to grayscale, i used more than just the "convert to grayscale" button to get higher contrasts again.
