Hey guys, I haven't worked out in many years, but decided to get back into it. I started about 6 months ago by changing my lifestyle meaning I started to take walks, bike ride lead a little more active life and improve my eating habits. So shedding 40 pounds or lard off my body has lead me back into the gym! Feels great! Anyhow 10 years ago I used to work out when I was playing highschool football, I remember at one point taking a suppliment called Trivestall (I can't recall the spelling) and can't seem to find any information online. I'm just wondering what the benefits of this stuff was or if anyone knows what it is. I'm currently working out to bulk up until end of feb then I will be going for burning the extra layer of fat I'm currently keeping to keep me warm this winter lol Last question I'm sorry.. I'm targating my reps to a max of 6 then finishing that set with a big negative to failure.. is that bad doing this in every set? I hope this is making sense here. Thanks guys!
