I had a serious post that was deleted in that shitstorm. This weekend I'm going to be stepping up to a bench, 2 inch straight bar and maybe a 2 inch ez-curl bar and dumbbells. Right now my stuff is all 1 inch, I can tell by looking that the 2 inch bars are going to weight a little (or alot?!) more. When I track my progress I haven't been including the weight of the bars, just the plates. So when you guys say you squat 700 or bench 250 are you counting the weight of the bars??
